Lunar Sledgehammers

This last week a segment of a Chinese rocket smashed into the moon. But did you know this isn’t the first time that’s happened, and not all of them were accidents? In fact, NASA has deliberately crashed more than a few spent rocket parts into the moon in order to learn more about its internal structure. Join Standley Lake Stargazing for a closer look at lunar impacts!
